Mission Statement: The H.L. Neblett Community Center is committed to empowering the lives of children and adults through its many programs and activities.
Feeding Hours: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Lunch 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Snack 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Dinner
The H. L. Neblett Community Center is a non-profit and nondiscriminatory agency operating to improve the quality of life and meet the cultural, educational, recreational and social needs of youth and adults within the neighborhood and broader community.
We serve people of all cultural, religious, racial, political, socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
We offer programs year-round that improve the physical, educational, moral, and social welfare of our community through health-building activities, the study of fine arts, drama, handicraft, and other similar developmental crafts.
We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future.
